Once you have opened an existing PBP archive, the extract screen presents itself.
The files in the archive are listed in the listbox and the main preview picture (ICON0.PNG) is displayed by default.
Clicking on an image file in the list will display the picture.
Double-clicking on an image file in the list will display the picture in full size.
